Bye Bye Tomi! Seems Like The Conservative Nutcase Just Lost Her Job
Tomi Lahren is one of the most critically narrow-minded hosts in conservative news. But now, after saying on live television that she supports abortion rights, her program “Tomi,” is suspended for at least a week beginning Monday, multiple unnamed sources told The Daily Caller.
It was reported Friday that Lahren’s days at The Blaze were numbered and was expected to be out, “in September if not sooner” due to what it reported as rising tensions between the 24-year-old political commentator and other Blaze employees and hosts.
Glenn Beck, founder of The Blaze has suspended Lahren. He took to Twitter to question whether Lahren, whom he hired in 2015, is intellectually honest.
“Wait, libertarian views? Help me out on Trumpcare, stimulus, and executive orders. Trump is anything but libertarian,” wrote Beck, while adding the hashtag #intellectualhonesty.
Lahren made an appearance on ABC’s “The View” where she shared here support on abortion rights. And she was highly criticized by many conservative groups for it.
“You know what? I’m for limited government, so stay out of my guns, and you can stay out of my body as well,” Lahren said.
On Monday, Lahren tweeted that she has “moderate, conservative, and libertarian views.”
“I’m human. I will never apologize, to anyone, for being an independent thinker,” she said.
