After Killing Obamacare Subsidies For The Poor, Trump Goes On Golfing Trip Paid For By Taxpayers
The reaction to President Trump’s announcement that he was cutting off Affordable Care Act subsidies and co-pays for lower-income Obamacare enrollees been swift, sparking outrage and lawsuits. But that didn’t stop the erratic president from using taxpayer funds —once again— to pay for another weekend playing golf at one of his resorts.
Trump spent Saturday golfing at the Virginia club with Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.), marking his second consecutive weekend at the property.
The president hit the golf course again Sunday with Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.), according to multiple reports.
White House spokeswoman Lindsay Walters confirmed that Trump is golfing with Paul, according to a pool report.

Trump departed the White House just after 10:00 a.m., according to a reporter traveling with the president. Trump was wearing a white polo and USA hat, the reporter added.
Trump and Paul have had a tense relationship in the past. Trump attacked the senator for voting against the bill to repeal ObamaCare, but the two reunited over Trump’s executive order rescinding parts of ObamaCare last week.
This is Trump’s third time golfing with a Republican senator this month, after his two trips with Graham.
