North Korea Responds To Trump’s Careless ‘Fire And Fury’ Remarks
Donald Trump sent out a message to North Korea on Tuesday saying that the U.S. is ready to use “fire and fury like no man has seen before.”
It didn’t take long for North Korea to receive the message and respond.
“He has been very threatening beyond a normal state, and as I said they will be met with fire, fury and frankly power, the likes of which this world has never seen before,” Trump said at his golf club in Bedminster, N.J.
According to a military spokesman North Korea is now raising the possibility of missile strikes on Guam.
Trump’s comments come a day after North Korea’s foreign minister, Ri Yong Ho, reportedly said the nation would use nuclear weapons on the U.S. if provoked.
Pyongyang “is ready to teach the U.S. a severe lesson with its nuclear strategic force,” he said.
According to a Washington Post report, North Korea is advancing in becoming a nuclear power. The country is no producing a miniaturized nuclear warhead that can fit onto a missile.
