Spicer Just Demanded Reporters Not To Call Trump Names. ‘It’s Offensive’
White House press secretary Sean Spicer held his first press briefing since Donald Trump decided to fire former FBI Director James Comey.
Spicer was asked during the briefing is Trump was “out of control.” He decided to dismiss the question and called it “offensive.”
The question came from a former FBI official who said Trump “is out of control” after firing Comey. He added that what the president has done “goes against core American values.”
Asking if Trump is out of control is not offensive, he’s doing irrational things that people want answers to. The fact that Spicer and other White House officials dodge questions regarding Trump’s intentions is quite frightening and concerning.
It’s not offensive to want to know if the president is in the right state of mind.
