Adam Schiff Uses Eric Trump’s Own Words To Raise Concerns Over Trump Money Laundering With Russia

Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), who serves as the ranking member of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, used Donald Trump’s son Eric Trump’s own words against him to raise concerns that the president used money from Russian’s to buy his Trump Turnberry resort.

Schiff is zeroing in on comments by Eric Trump to prove that Trump used money from Russian investors to pay for his golf resort in Scotland.

“Before meeting Putin, the President will play golf at his course in Scotland, which he paid for with millions in cash. Where did the cash come from?” Rep. Schiff asked.

“His son, Eric, has said they get all the money they need from Russia,” Schiff noted.

“Is that why [President Trump] won’t confront Putin? We need to know,” Schiff concluded.

Schiff was referring to a radio interview Eric Trump had with golf writer James Dodson, where the president’s middle son bragged about how Russians finance Trump’s golf course.

Schiff shared a very interesting video clip of an MSNBC report by Richard Engel that raised questions about Trump’s investments.
