As Hurricane Nate Approaches Golf Coast, Trump Prepares By Taking Another Golfing Trip
Donald Trump’s presidency has been filled with controversies and golf trips, so it’s no surprise that he decided to make an unscheduled stop at his Virginia golf club on Saturday morning.
According to pool reports, Trump was seen leaving the White House at 9 a.m. Saturday morning wearing a red USA cap, a white polo shirt, and khakis. Trump’s motorcade was then seen arriving at Trump National Golf Club just before 10 a.m.
According to an NBC News tracker, this marks Trump’s 69th day spent at one of his golf clubs and his 89th day spent at one of his properties since taking office almost 9 months ago.
Trump is spending time at his golf club as people spend their time getting ready for another hurricane that is set to hit the U.S. Gulf Coast.
The president did have time to send out a tweet to the people that will be affected by the storm.
