As Trump Tries To Destroy The Planet, Clinton Urges Millions To ‘March On’
Today millions marched across the country to protest the Trump administration’s attack on science. Hillary Clinton also took part in applauding and encouraging people who joined the March for Science on Saturday.
She tweeted out:
“Happy Earth Day, and thanks to math and science for all you’ve given us! March on!”
Her tweet included a link to a video of astrophysicist Neil deGrasse Tyson discussing science and politics.

The video explains the importance of science, not only for now but for the future of this planet. In the video Tyson shows an old clip of Mike Pence sharing his believe of evolution as a theory.
“You have not fully expressed your power as a voter until you have a scientific literacy in topics that matter for future political issues,” Tyson says in the video. “This requires a base level of science literacy that I don’t think we have achieved yet.”
