BREAKING: Bush Attorney Warns KGB Agents Operating In Trump’s White House
During an interview with CNN’s Don Lemon Friday night, President George W. Bush’s ethics attorney Richard Painter suggested that KGB agents are operating in Donald Trump’s White House and in the National Security Council.
Painter said he is worried about the president’s entire circle being in bed with Russia, noting that disgraced national Security Advisor Michael Flynn made nearly $500,000 from foreign agents while he was sitting in on all of Trump’s security meetings. “This is dangerous.” Painter said.
On November 18th, Democratic Representative and ranking member of the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform Elijah Cummings wrote a letter to VP Mike Pence warning him about Flynn’s lobbying work for foreign dictators. That means Pence was not the shocked innocent that he pretended to be.
“It makes no sense to run a government this way. This is a completely chaotic situation, and then Gen. Flynn lied about his contacts with the Russians, lied to the vice president, and we’ve had the attorney general in testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee say he did not contact the Russians when he had contacts with the Russians.”
Painter’s alarm brought home how frightening the situation actually is in Trump’s White house:
“People are not being honest about their foreign contacts, and talk about this ‘deep state theory’ as if there are somehow Obama moles in the government under the Trump administration. It’s the KGB agents running around the West Wing or the national security council,” he said.
“Wow, wow! That is a pretty strong — that’s pretty strong, Richard,” Lemmon responded.
“Yes, it is,” Painter said.
