On Sunday evening, Baseball fans attending the Nationals’ world series game broke into loud boos and “lock him up” chants after the announcer introduced President Donald Trump and the first lady after they arrived at the stadium.
Trump arrived at the stadium as the first official pitch of the game was being thrown, but hardly anyone noticed until the announcer made his presence known, according to one Bloomberg reporter.
It’s not clear if Trump would be officially announced by the team because he was expected to be booed.
As expected, scores of people dressed in bright-red shirts screaming their displeasure at the president. They even began chanting “lock him up!”
