Richard Spencer, a white nationalist figure, led a semi-large crowd of about 3 dozen people who support the Confederate general Robert E. Lee during an unplanned rally in Charlottesville, Virginia on Saturday night.
Local NBC reporter Matt Telham took to Twitter to report the news of the unplanned event.
