BOMBSHELL: Kushner Ordered Flynn To Contact Russian Official During Transition

Another major revelation in the Trump-Russia investigation was just reported by Bloomberg News.

According to two sources who spoke with Bloomberg’s Eli Lake, president Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner instructed former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn to talk with former Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak to discuss a UN resolution condemning Israeli settlement activity.

Kushner “called Flynn to tell him he needed to get every foreign minister or ambassador from a country on the U.N. Security Council to delay or vote against the resolution,” the sources told Bloomberg.

Lake notes that “much of this appeared to be coordinated also with Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu, whose envoys shared their own intelligence about the Obama administration’s lobbying efforts to get member states to support the resolution with the Trump transition team.”

This conversation with Kislyak, which took place on December 22 last year, was separate from the one that he had one week later with Kislyak about sanctions placed on Russia by the outgoing Obama administration.

Lake’s sources do not say whether Kushner also ordered Flynn to call Kislyak to talk about sanctions.

The plea agreement signed by Flynn on Friday charged the former national security adviser with lying to FBI agents both about his discussions with Kislyak about the UN resolution and about Russian sanctions.
