On Saturday Paul Ryan’s press secretary AshLee Strong tweeted out a couple of lies about TrumpCare that put her credibility in question.
“While we’re setting the record straight: AHCA was posted online a month ago, went through 4 committees, & has been scored by CBO — twice.”

Her claims didn’t come without criticism and people proving her wrong. Snopes managing editor Brooke Binkowski replied to Strong’s tweet:
“@AshLeeStrong Hi! I’m the managing editor for @Snopes and we’d also love links to back this claim + the current score. Thanks!”

@AshLeeStrong That is just an outrageous lie.

Strong tried justifying her statement, claiming a March 23 CBO score justified her tweet, but these still did not address the version of AHCA that was voted on by the House on May 4.
According to PoliticusUSA, there is no CBO score for the bill passed by the House on May 4.
