Devin Nunes Hit With House Ethics Investigation For Soliciting Foreign Interference In US Elections
An ethics complaint was filed against Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.). The Republican Congressman faces a House inquiry for encouraging foreign interference in our elections, according to Medium.
The Democratic Coalition filed the complaint late Friday night after news broke of Nunes’ secret meetings with Ukrainians to dig up dirt on Joe Biden.
The complaint accuses Nunes of “abuse of his official office” in violation of House rules.
The news comes hours after the chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, Rep. Adam Smith (D-WA) told MSNBC’s Joy Reid that an investigation into Nunes involvement in the Ukraine scandal was “likely.”.

Rep. Jackie Speier (D-CA), who sits on the House Intelligence Committee, also called for an ethics investigation.
If Devin Nunes was using taxpayer money to do “political errands” in Vienna for his puppeteer, Donald Trump, an ethics investigation should be initiated and he should be required to reimburse the taxpayers. https://t.co/ZzRfUmxRc8
