It appears President Trump was not happy with the outcome of his first Twitter attack on the New York Times, So he did it again.
For the second time Monday, Trump targetted what he calls the “failing New York Times,” questioning the financial health of the newspaper and alleged that it has “big losses and massive unfunded liability,” despite the fact that the company recently reported a surge in subscriptions and some revenue growth.
“How much longer will the failing nytimes, with its big losses and massive unfunded liability (and non-existent sources), remain in business?” Trump tweeted on Monday afternoon.

Earlier in the day, also on Twitter, he had described the newspaper as “totally inept” and falsely said it had apologized for its coverage of the election last year.
Twitter Users were quick to set the erratic president straight:
The only thing that's failing is Your Presidency!!!
