Donald Trump’s is breaking records left and right, but they’re not exactly records he should be proud of.
A new Gallup poll revealed that his ratings are sinking lower than ever. Trumps approval rating just hit a new low of 35%. Just yesterday his rating was at 36%. If this pace continues Trump will not have many followers left pretty soon.
Trump is in the midst of a scandal, and the things he’s doing are not making him any more popular. With the Russia investigation and his constant trips to Florida, Trump is losing popularity fast.
Former President Obama’s approval ratings hovered in the low-60 percent range after his first two months in office, according to Gallup, and former President George W. Bush saw approval numbers in the 50-percent range.
Trump hasn’t reached over 50% since taking office. In fact, his highest approval rating came on the day of his inauguration, peaking at a 46% approval rating.
Gallup’s results are based on telephone interviews with 1,500 U.S. adults.
