Eric Trump Just Went On An Incoherent Rant Claiming ’95 Percent Of This Country’ Support His Dad
Donald Trump’s son, Eric Trump, appeared on Fox & Friends on Wednesday to attempt to defend his father, which is an easy thing to do when speaking to Fox News and their audience.
And according to Eric, “95 percent” of the people in this country are Trump supporters. Yes, this man is delusional.
“My father is in there, and he’s fighting every single day,” said Eric. “And he has to fight against the media. He has to fight against these lunatics. And guys, I’m telling you, 95 percent of this country is behind him in this message. I mean, people love this nation.”

We have no idea which poll Eric got his information from, but we are pretty sure he is talking out of his behind.
If he has kept up with any polls, even the ones that favor his father, he would know that Trump rarely gets a 50 percent approval rating. In fact, for the majority of his presidency, Trump has stayed in the low 40s to high 30s. That’s nowhere near 95 percent.
He isn’t even at 95 percent with Republicans, who, according to the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, give him a net 72 percent approval.
