Appearing on CNN’s “State of the Union,” U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley said that President Donald Trump’s reckless Twitter habits are just the result of his “raw emotions” and “passionate” commitment to the country. Her comments triggered an explosion of comments on Twitter.
Trump came under fire on Sunday after he retweeted a doctored video of himself hitting former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton with a golfball.
When CNN’s Dana Bash asked Haley about the tweet on Sunday, the U.N. ambassador claimed that Trump didn’t mean any harm by the tweet, but that sometimes “he gets emotional.”
Twitter users were disgusted and appalled at Nikki’s defense of the erratic commander-in-chief, who appears to be “too emotional” to be president.

If "gets emotional" means "he's insane", then I agree.

Love it! A woman explaining a man's behavior by saying he gets "emotional."

He gets emotional = He's unstable.
God help us all.

He gets emotional over a bad hair day! 45 should not be in charge of our country and @nikkihaley should be ashamed for defending his actions

The reason for Trump's insane tweet-storm:
👉 "He gets emotional."
Hey misogynists, good thing we didn't elect an "emotional woman," right? https://t.co/YQj1dH5Pht
