Giuliani Cracks Under Pressure: Says He ‘Hates’ Trump And Is ‘Very Worried’
A new report revealed on Wednesday that Donald Trump’s current attorney Rudy Giuliani “hates” his job of working for the president.
According to one Republican source who spoke with Vanity Fair’s Gabriel Sherman, Giuliani “hates the job” of being the president’s attorney because “Trump is very hard to deal with.”
But that’s not all that’s bothering the former New York Mayor, he reportedly is growing “worried” on special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation and fears that his next report will be “horrific” for Trump.
“[Giuliani] is very worried about the report,” the source told Sherman.
“Rudy thinks it will be soon,” said another person of Giuliani’s expectations for Mueller’s report. “It’s only a matter of time.”
The Republican source also revealed to Sherman that the party is utterly baffled by what the president is trying to achieve with his strategy on the government shutdown.
“People are looking around asking, ‘What’s the play call?’” one Republican tells Sherman. “He’s calling plays from the line of scrimmage. This was not played well. He’s in a pickle now, and I don’t see a way out.”
