GOP Rep Won’t Self-Quarantine After Being Exposed To Coronavirus At CPAC: Report

CNN’s Jim Sciutto and Fox News both reported on Monday that Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) was also identified as one of the lawmakers who were exposed to the COVID-19 coronavirus during the Conservative Political Action Committee in Maryland.

While other lawmakers who were exposed have chosen to self-quarantine, Gohmert is reportedly roaming free with no plan on taking precautions.

According to reports, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), and Reps. Paul Gosar (R-AZ), Doug Collins (R-GA), and Matt Gaetz (R-FL) have all quarantined themselves after learning about the attendee. Gaetz received the news he had been exposed will in transit aboard Air Force One with the president.
