Hillary Clinton was criticized and insulted by many, including Donald Trump and Mike Pence, for having had used a personal email for work-related subjects. A new information came to light on Thursday night that revealed that Vice President Pence also used his personal email to conduct state business, including the discussion of sensitive issues and homeland security.
This morning while Hillary boarded a plane she took a look at the newspaper and saw the headline “Pence used personal email in office.”
This is very ironic, as Pence, alongside with Trump, constantly criticized Hillary for her emails, even urging for her to be locked up.
Pence had tweeted on October 28, 2016 that “[Donald Trump] and I commend the FBI for reopening an investigation into Clinton’s personal email server because no one is above the law.”
Hillary had just given a speech on Thursday night at her alma mater of Wellesley College, where she also opened up on the challenges of being a female candidate.
“You know you’re going to be subject to unfair and besides-the-point criticism,” said Clinton.
“Compromise is not a dirty word in democracy,” the former secretary of state added.
