Hope Hicks Just Told Intel Panel She Has To Lie For Trump: Report

White House communications director and longtime Donald Trump aide Hope Hicks on Tuesday admitted to a congressional intelligence panel that she often lies for the president, the New York Times reports.

Hicks’ stunning admission came During a closed-door hearing before the House Intelligence Committee, according to The Times.

During her nine-plus-hours hearing, Hicks refused to answer questions on Trump’s decision to fire former FBI Director James Comey, as well as questions about her role in drafting a misleading statement about a June 2016 Trump Tower meeting between top Trump campaign aides and emissaries of the Russian government.

She “stonewalled” on questions about the White House, ranking member Adam Schiff told reporters, The Times reported. But her admission that she lies to protect Trump confirms that the fraudulent administration is engaged in a cover-up.
