‘I Lost Everything’: Roseanne Melts Down In River Of Tears In First Interview Since Being Fired From ABC

Trump-loving Roseanne Barr broke down in tears during her first interview after she was fired from her ABC television show for launching a racist Twitter attack on former Obama administration official Valerie Jarrett

“I lost everything and I regretted it before I lost everything,” Barr said in a podcast interview with her longtime friend, Rabbi Schmuley, released Saturday.

Barr started crying when talking about the remorse she feels for losing her job over her racist attack on Jarrett.

The “Roseanne” star said Jarrett was a child of the Islamist organization Muslim Brotherhood and the movie “Planet of the Apes.”

“I’m a lot of things, a loud mouth and all that stuff,” Barr told Schmuley. “But I’m not stupid, for God’s sake.”

“I never would have wittingly called any black person … they are a monkey,” Barr said. “I just wouldn’t do that. I didn’t do that,” she said, despite having done it.

Barr apologized for being “unclear” in her response to the public outrage. it didn’t work.

ABC quickly cancelled the reboot of her television show.

“I caused pain for my family, I caused pain for my mother, I caused pain to the two hundred out-of-work actors that I loved,” Barr said. “And the crew and writers.”

The network announced earlier this week that the show will continue on without the namesake star.

She admitted in the interview that ABC had asked her to get off Twitter when they hired her.

“And I told them, I promise I will get off Twitter,” Barr told Schmuley. “They said ‘cause you’ll shoot yourself in the foot if you’re on there.’”

And she did.
