‘Go F*ck Yourself!’: Furious Taxpayers Unload On Republicans Over Trump’s Tax Cut ‘Scam’
Republicans on Monday faced the wrath of angry taxpayers as they were hit with a massive blowback after trying to celebrate Tax Day by touting the purported effectiveness of its signature tax cut.
In a tweet posted early Monday morning, the GOP boasted that its tax cuts for the rich.
“While Democrats are looking for more & more ways to spend taxpayer dollars, the #GOPTaxCuts have put money back into the pockets of hardworking Americans so that they can spend it on things that actually matter to them & their families,” Republicans wrote.
The tweet didn’t sit well for many angry Americans who didn’t waste time to fire back at the GOP, saying they’d been stunned to find that they actually owed the government money after the IRS put too much money in their paychecks as a way to juice the economy.
Other people pointed to polls showing that the majority of Americans don’t believe they got any kind of tax cut whatsoever.

This is a lie. Middle Class, Family of 4. Scraped by this year with our taxes. Husband & I had to change all withholdings to hopefully prevent this next year. #GOPTaxCuts is nothing but a scam to hurt hardworking Americans and line the pockets of the wealthy. #Propaganda #BS

I have never owed as much tax as I have for 2018. The check I sent to the IRS last week would be peanuts to the wealthy assholes most benefiting from your corporate welfare, but is twice what my car is worth.
Go fuck yourself.

My hubby & I paid 30% last yr. We are retired educators who just made a decent living. We put a $3600 check in mail today to IRS out of our very meager savings. I’m as pissed as pissed gets! @GOP will suffer consequences in 2020. Write it down in little RED book✅

Meanwhile back at the bunkhouse ( White House ), the hired hands are whistling Dixie while the bills are piling up and the deficit and debt explode and the GOP doesn’t care at all. You are suffering from tax phobia.

Actually, you significantly increased my taxes this year. You took more money from me, for nothing. Who are the hardworking Americans who had their taxes cut? Rich people who earn twenty times what I do working. I will remember this, .@SenToomey–you spectacular liar.

That isn’t what happened to me. Fuck off.
