‘I’m White. I Can Kill You And Nothing Will Happen’: Racist Woman Attacks Black Actor With A Beer Bottle To The Face
This week, Madrid police released a woman who reportedly physically and verbally attack a black actor by throwing a beer bottle at his face and calling him a “black piece of sh*t,” according to El Pais.
According to the report, the unidentified woman got upset when African actor Marius Makon — who goes by the stage name of Elton Prince — came up to the counter to order a coffee. The woman allegedly got upset and said, “I don’t want black people in this place or in front of me.”
Makon took to Facebook to share how the incident happened.
“No Miss, I will only be here for a moment and then I’m leaving. I don’t have any interest in staying near you for long,” he claims he told the woman.
“I don’t care, you black piece of sh*t, get out of here,” she reportedly replied.
Makon then told her, “Calm down Miss, I insist, we are in a public place and I don’t understand your anger.”
That’s when things got violent with the woman who insulted him saying, “Black piece of sh*t, I’m white. I can kill you and nothing will happen.” She then proceeded to throw a beer bottle from the bartop and slamming it into his head multiple times.
The woman was released after police briefly detained her and asked her for her side of the story.
Makon reflected on the attack via Facebook, writing, “Now I am in my house and I look through these images. I do not feel any hate towards the woman. I want to say that I am not angry with her and I don’t know why. I am sad that she feels such hate, that she lives with hate. It saddens me that she does not enjoy life, that she doesn’t leave a small space in her heart to love.”
“What’s funny is that before hitting me with the bottle she said to me, ‘I’m white and we are in Spain. I can kill you and nothing will happen to me.’ The truth is nothing has happened to her,” he added. “After being identified she has gone home, while I have gone to mine with seven stitches. Now the problem is in the hands of the law. The law will decide on the sentence.”
