On Thursday Donald Trump said he is willing to invite Russian President Vladimir Putin to the White House.
Trump was asked by NBC News if he would invite the Russian president, to which he said “yes, at the right time.”
The timing of this invite is quite questionable. Trump’s willingness to invite Putin comes while the investigation into his campaign’s collusion with Russia inches closer to the White House.

Trump’s son, Donald Trump Jr., released emails earlier this week that showed prove that he met up with a Russian government lawyer because she had information on Democratic candidate Hillary Clinton.
Trump has since defended his son and said that he did not meet up with a Russian “government” lawyer but just a regular lawyer.
