‘It’s Hard Not To Be Happy’: Trump Claims He Has Done A Magnificent Job With Coronavirus
Donald Trump commended himself on Wednesday during a press briefing on the coronavirus. In his eyes, he has done better than anyone could have when it came to the outbreak of the coronavirus. “It’s hard not to be happy,” he claimed.
There’s a record of claims the president has made since the outbreak first started. Trump once claimed that the outbreak had been contained and that the number will soon be down to zero. Since then, the United States has become the country with the most active cases, according to worldometers.info.
Despite that, Trump still believes he has done an excellent job.
When the president rattled off the resources he intends to provide, one thing became obvious: it isn’t enough. Trump announced that over 9 million masks would be sent out, but his own Health and Human Services Department reported that there is a need for at least 3.5 billion.
Trump has also been pushing the idea of reopening businesses so the economy would grow again, even though health experts have warned him not to.
