Judge Slams Palin By Shutting Down Her Lawsuit Against The New York Times

According to New York Times media reporter Sydney Ember, a judge has dismissed the lawsuit former Alaska governor Sarah Palin filed against the New York Times.

The former governor had sued the newspaper back in June over an article that stated that Palin had incited the shooting of Democratic Rep. Gabby Giffords in 2011.

Ember posted the news on Tuesday on Twitter:

New York Times reporter Benjamin Weiser said the lawsuit was dismissed “with prejudice.”
