Richard Wilson Preston, the Ku Klux Klan “imperial wizard” that was caught on video shooting at a counter-protestor a the Charlottesville rally that took place in August, has just been denied bail after claiming that it was “self-defense.”
According to Charlottesville’s Daily Progress newspaper, Preston argued during his hearing that he acted on self-defense, but the judge didn’t buy it and denied him bond because he poses a danger to the community.
The video below is evidence enough to show that Preston was not acting in self-defense.

Preston was arrested after the video of him firing a weapon within 1,000 feet of a school broke out.
