Donald Trump’s son-in-law and senior White House advisor reportedly registered to vote in the state of New York as a woman, according to Wired.com.
Kushner, as public records show, registered in 2009 to vote in New York. When checking his gender, the now senior White House adviser checked the box marked “female.”
Many could assume that it was a simple mistake, but the Democratic political action group American Bridge pointed out the error and called Kushner too incompetent to properly register to vote.
“Kushner can’t even fill out the most basic paperwork without screwing it up, so it’s a mystery why anyone thinks he’s somehow going to bring peace to the Middle East,” said American Bridge spokesman Brad Bainum. “Would anyone but the president’s son-in-law still have a West Wing job after repeated disclosure errors and a botched a security clearance form?”
This wasn’t the first time Kushner makes a mistake in his voter registration. According to Wired, Kushner’s prior registration in New Jersey lists his gender as “unknown.”
