Larry Kudlow Goes Down In Flames After Yet Again Claiming Coronavirus Has Been ‘Contained’

National Economic Council director Larry Kudlow spoke to the media when the coronavirus had just recently entered the United States. He claimed then that the virus had been “contained” and that we shouldn’t worry about an outbreak. Since that moment over 200 more people have been infected and 14 of them have died.

But even after that, Kudlow decided to appear on television again and say the exact same thing.

During an interview with CNBC this Friday, Kudlow tried to quell fears about the growing coronavirus crisis, saying that he doesn’t want to “downplay anything.”

“But I’m just saying, let’s not overreact,” he said. “In many ways, America should stay at work.”

“I just don’t want to panic,” he continued. “I don’t want to panic on the economy, which looks sound. I don’t want to panic on the virus, which frankly, most Americans are not at risk.”

People across the nation don’t feel safe with this administration in charge and it’s because of comments like the ones Kudlow made today. The American public made sure the administration heard what they had to say. Here are some responses from Twitter users:
