Dem Senator Just Exposed Trump’s Idea Of Foreign Policy, It’s Terrifying And Could Lead To War
Donald Trump’s inexperience in government has show, add his unstable way of thinking and it means a world of trouble. So far, Trump has shown that he knows little to nothing about foreign policy.
Sen. Chris Murphy (D-Conn.) called out Trump for his foreign policy, saying that the president’s idea of foreign policy is “do the opposite of Obama.”
“NATO. Paris Accords. Saudi Arabia. Cuba. Trump foreign policy has only one guiding principle: do the opposite of Obama, no matter the cost,” Murphy tweeted.

Trump has proven Murphy’s accusations about him to be true. On Friday he announced several new restrictions on travel and commercial ties between the U.S. and Cuba.
His new policy toward Cuba includes rolling back some Obama era policies. This brought criticism from both parties.
Trump also decided to withdraw the U.S. from the Paris climate accord last month, making the U.S. the third country to withdraw from the accord. But Trump’s decision to withdraw caused hundreds of local governments to respond to the president, announcing that they will continue to uphold the Paris agreement despite Trump’s withdrawal.
