Donald Trump os set to have a meeting at the White House with executives from the biggest tech companies in the U.S. But a few executives have decided not to attend, including Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
The meeting is set to host 20 companies, but no one from Facebook will be showing up.
A Facebook spokesperson talked to Business Insider and confirmed that neither Zuckerberg nor COO Sheryl Sandberg will be at the meeting.
This will not be the first time Zuckerberg skips out on a tech meeting with Trump, back in December the Facebook executive was also absent from Trump’s last meeting.
There’s no exact reason as to why Zuckerberg decided not to attend, but according to his spokesperson he won’t be attending due to scheduling conflicts.
Tesla CEO Elon Musk will also not be showing up since he quit his in White House business counsels after Trump decided to drop from the Paris agreement.
