Republicans and Democrats in the Senate finally came to an agreement on a funding package that would help fight the Coronavirus.
The bill passed in the Senate and was sent to the House. And apparently, Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz thought the whole thing was a joke.
Gaetz mocked the whole process by wearing a gas mask when reviewing the funding.

People on Twitter didn’t find his mockery funny and they let him hear it. Here are some of the best responses:
Trying not to smell your own bullshit?

Man, I appreciate a good joke, but I’m not sure that joking about a virus that has people on edge and has taken lives is the best idea here
