‘May You Die In Pain’: GOP Congressman Gets Railed By Stampede Of Angry Voters At Town Hall
GOP Congressman Doug LaMalfa got attacked by angry voters at a town hall on Monday.
According to the Los Angeles Times, the Northern California Republican got an “earful” during a town hall in Chico on Monday.
Voters were angry about LaMalfa’s vote to repeal Obamacare. One older voter told the Congressman, “May you die in pain.”
Others, such as a woman dressed as the “Wicked Witch of the West Coast,” told the congressman he should resign.

“These are life-and-death decisions that you are making,” Ann Sisley, a Chico resident whose son died of an opioid overdose two years prior, said to her representative.
LaMalfa brushed off the voters’ complaints, telling them to “boo away” because he had the mic.
LaMalfa also expressed his disbelief in climate change, saying that he doesn’t “buy the idea that man-made activity is responsible” for it.
