Michelle’s tweet comes just days after the White House denied reports about ending the former first lady’s 2015 global education initiative “Let Girls Learn,” despite the fact that future funding is in question.
The Obamas made a trip to Chicago on Wednesday to announce the forthcoming of the Obama Presidential Center, which will feature a museum, a library (hosted by University of Chicago), offices and an event space.
The center is set to open in 2021.
