Mueller Unleashes ‘Mystery’ Witness That Will Spill The Beans On Trump At DC Court In Just Two Weeks
On Friday, the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals announced that it will be hearing an appeal by a “mystery” witness in special counsel Robert Mueller’s grand jury.
According to Politico’s Josh Gerstein, the “mystery” witness will appear before the court on December 14 in a closed-door session.

It has yet to be known who this mystery witness is. Politico reported saying: “The individual who asked for the secret filing declined to identify himself or his client and replied “I’m OK” when offered a reporter’s business card to remain in touch.”
“This can get a step or two weirder than it already is,” a lawyer representing a senior Trump staffer told Politico. “It could be anyone who’s been subpoenaed by the special counsel for anything.”
