New Anti-Trump Hashtag Sets The Internet On Fire After U.S. Soccer Star Rips The President
Twitter has gone on overdrive with users chiming in on why they would turn down an invite to President Trump’s White House after U.S. women’s soccer star Megan Rapinoe said in an interview last week she’s “not going to the f—king White House,” if the team wins the World Cup.
Trump shot back at Rapinoe after her comments saying she “should WIN first before she TALKS.”
The hashtag #WhyIRefusedMyWhiteHouseInvite trended on Twitter Sunday afternoon, with users taking digs on the Trump administration and weighing in on why they agree with Rapinoe’s comments.
Although Rapinoe has no plans to tour the White House, the soccer star accepted an invitation to the House of Representatives by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-N.Y.)
