Obama Photographer Trolls Trump By Sharing Photo Of ‘Real Dog’ Waiting For ‘Real President’
Former President Obama’s White House photographer Pete Souza took a swipe at President Trump on Tuesday hours after Trump called former White House aide Omarosa Manigault Newman a “dog.
The photographer has enjoyed jabbing Trump side since before his election and has regularly posted images meant to negatively contrast the Trump administration with former White Houses.
His recent knock at the president came shortly after Trump slammed Manigault Newman following the release of her new tell-all book, “Unhinged.”
“When you give a crazed, crying lowlife a break, and give her a job at the White House, I guess it just didn’t work out. Good work by General Kelly for quickly firing that dog!” Trump said on Twitter, referring to White House chief of staff John Kelly.
Trump’s comments drew an immediate backlash from both sides of the aisle for calling Manigault Newman, who was once the highest-ranking African American woman in the West Wing, an animal.
In response, Souza shared a photo of Obama and his Portuguese water dog, Bo.

Trump’s remark came the same morning CBS News released a recording from Manigault Newman in which White House staffers appear to discuss an alleged tape in which Trump uses a racial slur.
