As American suffer the horrors of Donald Trump and his disgraceful administration, the rest of the world is sending a loud and clear message about how Trump should be treated – and what Britain is doing should become the golden standard.
Over 1.8 million Brits have now signed a petition demanding that the new President of the United States should not be allowed to have a state dinner with the queen because of his “well-documented misogyny and vulgarity” and the fact that he will “embarrass Her Majesty.”
The petition, which was launched as a response to Trump’s disastrous executive order to ban any travelers coming from seven Muslim-majority countries, reads:
“Donald Trump should be allowed to enter the UK in his capacity as head of the US Government, but he should not be invited to make an official State Visit because it would cause embarrassment to Her Majesty the Queen.
Donald Trump’s well-documented misogyny and vulgarity disqualify him from being received by Her Majesty the Queen or the Prince of Wales. Therefore during the term of his presidency, Donald Trump should not be invited to the United Kingdom for an official State Visit.”
We applaud the Brits for standing up to Trump, but what we really need to is to ban him from the White House.
