Mike Pence, a right-wing conservative Christian that is in favor of conversion therapy, had to swear in Kyrsten Sinema today into the Senate.
Twitter users took notice that Pence had to swear in an openly bisexual Senator into office and pointed out his discomfort while celebrating Sinema’s victory.

When is Pence's birthday? Senator Sinema can crank her inner Marilyn Monroe up to eleven and sing "Happy Birthday Mister Vice President" to him.

Everyone keeps talking about how Pence had to do this and that.
What about @kyrstensinema who had to stand next to and give respect toward a person who embodies everything repulsive to what she stands for?

I still really miss watching Biden swear the Senators in (he clearly did it with such joy), but THIS pretty much makes up for that.

Homophobe Mike Pence had to swear in Kyrsten Sinema, the first out bisexual Senator in history, on a law book and not a bible. He seems uncomfortable and she’s having fun with it. This is everything. pic.twitter.com/1VxBsK1l0u
