Donald Trump’s White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders took to Twitter on Saturday to defend the president, saying that the media isn’t covering all that Trump has done for Puerto Rico.
According to Sanders:
Trump, “has your back” is “the real story some in the media refuse to tell.”

Trump hasn’t done very much to help out the U.S. territory. In fact, he’s been doing a lot more complaining than helping.
Twitter users were quick to remind Sanders of what Trump has done so far regarding the tragedy in Puerto Rico:
I hear the best way to help starving and dying people hit by a
hurricaine is to trash talk them and then go golfing.

The real story is the president is lazy and racist, Sarah.

You wouldn't know real if it stood in front of you and screamed Sieg Heil.

Please stop pitting state govt officials against one another. 45 should apologize to mayor and ask how he can help. You are not helping.

The White House now trying to politically divide a Governor and a mayor dealing with a horrific disaster. Disgusting. https://t.co/v5rtvBkGsc

Maybe if you had a sterling reputation for telling something vaguely resembling the truth, this wouldn't be immediately dismissed as a lie.

Oh yes. Please. Let us get our facts from the trump administration. What a joke.

You call yourself a Christian? When you lie so effortlessly? How do you live with yourself?
