WATCH: Sarah Sanders Fails To Address Gun Laws As The Problem For Vegas Massacre

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders on Monday ignored talking about gun laws while being asked multiple times if Donald Trump would address a gun law policy after the tragedy that took place in Las Vegas.

“Look, this is an unspeakable tragedy,” Sanders told the press corps at Monday’s briefing. “Today is a day for consoling of survivors and mourning those we lost. Our thoughts and prayers are certainly with all those individuals. There’s a time and place for political debate. But now is the time to unite as a country.”

Sanders went on to say that it would be “premature” to bring up gun laws right now.

“It would be premature for us to discuss policy when we don’t know all the facts or what took place last night,” she added.

Sanders was asked again if Trump would take action, to which she gave the same response and said this wasn’t the time to discuss the topic.

It seems the Trump administration won’t talk about the cause of the problem. When will it be the right time to enforce gun laws? Something must be done before any more lives are lost to gun violence.
