Sarah Sanders Is Being Destroyed Online For Tweeting NYT’s Phone Number For Trump Fans To Call
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders is being dragged on social media after she sent off an angry tweet on Thursday encouraging followers to call the opinion desk of the New York Times to ask them to identify the “gutless loser” who wrote a scathing editorial about President Donald Trump.
In her tweet, Sanders said she was tired of being asked about the identity of the anonymous Trump administration official who wrote a scorching editorial that portraits Trump as unfit for office.
“If you want to know who this gutless loser is, call the opinion desk of the failing NYT,” Sanders wrote, before posting the phone number. “They are the only ones complicit in this deceitful act. We stand united together and fully support our President Donald J. Trump.”
Sanders also said that questions about the author’s identification were “recklessly tarnishing the reputation of thousands of great Americans who proudly serve our country and President Trump.”
Twitter users were not amused by Sander’s antics and quickly set her straight.

This feels like you’re trying to turn people against the press. What next, a call for arms? You’re a disgusting and dangerous shill who is going to get innocent people hurt or killed. No idea how you live with yourself. But then again you are a Huckabee.

Your job is to inform us, not call down mobs to attack us.

You’re using your position as federal government to attack a private business. Is that what $180,000 a year buys you? Unethical & disgraceful federal employees

here. Call the @WhiteHouse comment line (202) 456-1414 — release the 100,000 documents you all are withholding from the #Kavanaugh hearings. Steve Bannon's lawyer is vetting the archival documents we, the public, can and cannot see. Preposterous. Call the White House.
