Donald Trump on Tuesday continued to refer to Brett Kavanaugh’s accuser as “the woman,” which caused CNN’s Brooke Baldwin to respond.
This past weekend, Christine Blasey Ford, a university professor in California, came forward and accused Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when they were both in high school.
Trump has yet to call her by name, so Baldwin decided to call the president out on national television.
“Here are my two cents,” Baldwin said after playing a video of Trump from the press conference. “Refer to her by her name. She is not anonymous. She is not ‘the woman’ as you referred to her as. She is not the accuser. Her name is Christine Blasey Ford.”
