Still Fuming: Trump Just Challenged Tillerson To ‘Compare IQ Tests’ Over ‘Moron’ Report
President Trump is still livid over reports that the secretary, Rex Tillerson of State had called him a “moron.” So in a new interview, the erratic president offered to compare IQ tests with Rex Tillerson to prove that he’s “not a moron.”
Trump initially accused NBC of making up the story. But after Tillerson refused to deny the report, Trump got even angrier and more confused than ever.
“I think it’s fake news, but if he did that, I guess we’ll have to compare IQ tests,” Trump told Forbes in an interview published Tuesday.
“And I can tell you who is going to win.”
Tillerson called Trump a “moron” and considered leaving the administration, according to an NBC News report earlier this month.
In a press conference last week, Tillerson denied he ever considered leaving the administration, but he did not deny that he called Trump a “moron.”
Trump tweeted last week that referred to the report as “fake news” and called for NBC News to apologize.
The relationship between Trump and Tillerson has reportedly grown tenser in recent months.
