Stormy Daniels’ Attorney Calls Out Cohen For Missing Out On Court Date To Smoke Cigars With ‘His Buddies’
On Friday, Donald Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen missed a court date and was caught hanging out with “his buddies” smoking cigars on a New York sidewalk.
According to Stormy Daniels’ attorney Michael Avenatti, Cohen’s lack of attendance frustrated the judges.
“The judge became fairly frustrated and ultimately ordered Michael Cohen to court Monday at 2 pm,” Avenatti said. “If he’s going to skip court he should not be photographed out on the stoop, if you will, with his buddies.”
Avenatti said that his client, Daniels, is looking forward to confronting Cohen in court on Monday but isn’t sure if she will attend or not.
“We haven’t decided if she’s going to attend Monday at 2 o’clock,” Avenatti said. “She feels very passionately about this case and wants to make sure that these documents are handled appropriately… it’s a pretty important issue for her.”
