Eric And Don Jr. Cost Taxpayers Thousands This Weekend After Taking Business Trip To Dubai: Report
Donald Trump’s two oldest sons Eric and Donald Trump Jr. took a business trip to Dubai this weekend that was not cheap. In fact, taxpayers spent over $70,000 to cover security costs.
According to CBS News, security costs for the Trump sons included hotel stays for Secret Service agents and car services. The total cost for taxpayers was $73,000.
The trip was a visit to Hussain Sajwani, who is a business partner to the Trump Organization.
The two sons were celebrating Sajwani’s daughter’s wedding.
Sajwani even shared a photo of him with the two Trump brothers on Twitter with the caption:
“Yesterday, I was delighted to host my dear friends and business partners @donaldjtrumpjr & @erictrump for a very special occasion in my family’s life. We were celebrating my daughter Amira’s wedding.”

According to a Trump Organization spokeswoman, the Trump sons were also in Dubai to visit with “the team at Trump International Golf Club, Dubai.”
“The Secret Service is conducting a protective operation in the UAE,” a Secret Service spokesperson told CBS News. “As a matter of practice, we do not comment on the specifics of protectees’ trips.”
