Ted Cruz Just Tried Bashing Beto O’Rourke With Latest Ad, It Completely Backfired

Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) tried to attack his Democratic opponent Beto O’Rourke on Monday by sharing an ad on his Twitter page complaining about the Democrat’s usage of the F-word.

But the ad did more damage to his campaign than help him.

In the ad, the narrator says: “If Beto shows up in your town, maybe keep the kids at home.”

Cruz shared it with the caption:

“A lighthearted reminder: A #LaborDay picnic is a great place to bring the kids. A Beto O’Rourke rally? Not so much”

But the ad only caused people to bash the Republican senator. Here are some brilliant responses:
