This Goodbye Parody Video ‘The Daily Show’ Made For Spicer Is the Funniest Thing You’ll See Today

On Friday, former White House press secretary Sean Spicer decided to resign from his post. In response, “The Daily Show” made a satirical goodbye video for Spicer.

The video shows a compilation of viral Spicer moments from the White House podium and moments where he appeared on live interviews.

Who could forget the time he told reporter April Ryan to stop shaking her head, or when he could even pronounce Syrian leader Bashar Assad’s name, or even the time he made those controversial comments about Adolf Hitler.

Donald Trump hired Anthony Scaramucci as his new communications director on Friday, which caused Spicer to resign.

During Spicer’s last month at the White House, the press briefings were being held off-camera.

Spicer was even absent most of the last month as deputy White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders had largely filled in for Spicer at daily press briefings.
