‘Journalists Should Not Be Allowed To Report Leaks’, ‘We Need To Fight Dishonest Media’ — Trump At CPAC

Addressing a room full of supporters at the Conservative Conference, CPAC, president Donald Trump railed against his favorite target: The press.

Trying to stop the constant leaks from his chaotic administration, Trump went after the media for reporting them.

“It’s all fake, it’s fake news,” Trump told the audience.

“We need to fight the dishonest media, folks. They are the enemy of the people.”

“They’re very smart, they’re very cunning, and we need to fight them,” he added.

He then said journalists “shouldn’t be allowed” to report leaks or use sources unless they reveal their names.

“They have no sources. They just make them up when there are none,” he said.

“I’m not against the media. I am not against the press,” Trump said “I am against the people that make up stories and make up sources.”
